Dashboard is the first interface shown to you after logging into the KUNHIVE app, and it contains a lot of content. In this article we will show you everything that is included in the “Dashboard”.
In the upper left corner is some of your basic information as well as some shortcut display and jump interface of KUNHIVE’s APP. It includes your name, ID, email, wallet balance and the number of stores bound under your name.
Below the Basic Information column, you can quickly see your current Payment, Order In Progress, Support, and Affiliate status. By clicking on these four panels, you can quickly track what you are preparing or working on.
When you sign up for the app for the first time, our system backend will assign you one of our account manager to serve you. Here is his name and some social media accounts, you can give him feedback if you have any questions.
At the bottom it will show the Tendency and Reference for the store you are tied to for the most recent period of time. Tendency displays your recent orders and expenses as a bar chart, and Reference visualizes when the order was generated, the total number of orders, and the total expenses.
