When using the KUNHIVE Platform, if you have questions or concerns regarding returns, resending items, or any other feedback, you can utilize the ticket system in the ‘Support’ section.
Here are the straightforward steps to get the help you need:
Begin by clicking on the ‘Support’ option in the left – hand toolbar.
On the Support page you can view all your Ticket submissions, item name, order number, submission time and current status.
If you have any problems with the order fulfillment process, please click on the “Orders” section in the function bar.
You can submit Support when you are in the “Total”, “Processing” and “Fullfilled” states.
After clicking “Support”, you can select the problems encountered by the order, and then submit the corresponding picture proof, and then click “Submit”.
