Once you have successfully synchronized your order with our platform, you will have full access to all your order information on the Orders page.
In the “Total” section, you can check the status of all orders. Here you can see the order number, store name, order date, customer address, order status, order quantity, shipping price and time.
In the “Quoting” section, the order will be automatically sent to our Customer service, who will calculate all your prices and present the price and delivery time.
On the “Payment” page, there is an additional “Pay” option. You can pay for your order all at once, or you can choose “Batch Payment” to selectively pay for the orders you want to pay for. Click “Export Selected” to export the data you want to export.
On the “Fullfilled” page, besides the shipping price and time, you can also find the Tracking number and Refund status.
In the “Cancel” screen, you can see the orders that have been suspended for various reasons, and if you want to know more about them, you can click on “Customer Content”.
