Once you log in to your KUNHIVE account and establish the link between your store and our platform, you can start synchronizing your orders. This seamless process will significantly enhance the efficiency of your e – commerce operations.
If you are a first – time user of the KUNHIVE platform, the first order synchronization needs to be manually triggered. We place great importance on information security. Rest assured that we will use your order data solely for procurement and delivery purposes.
Now, here is a detailed, step – by – step guide on how to sync your orders to our platform:
Locate the left – hand toolbar and click on ‘Orders’.
Navigate to the ‘Orders’ area and then click on the button labeled ‘Sync Orders’.
You’ll receive a prompt asking you to pick the store that you’ve authorized and to confirm the starting date for the order synchronization. After you’ve made your choices and sent in the request, following the first synchronization, any new orders will be synced automatically. (It’s important to keep in mind that we can only synchronize orders placed within the past two months as of the date when you submit your request.)
After you have submitted your selection or request, kindly refresh the page. Once refreshed, you will be able to view the updated order information.
